Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of protocol support for BFF.
∎ Build and maintain cordial relationships with various Government agencies and Embassies.
∎ Welcome and see-off FIFA, AFC Officials, Football Teams and guests at the airport.
∎ Facilitates in managing Visa for Bangladesh FF officials, National Teams and different age level teams.
∎ Obtaining new passports/renewal of passports for national/age level teams and BFF officials
∎ Liaising with admin department regarding transportation for guests and delegates from/to the airport and hotels.
∎ Obtaining work permit for foreign officials of BFF.
∎ Obtaining Security Clearance from Special Branch of Bangladesh Police.
∎ Obtaining Government Order for National/Age level teams to travel overseas.
∎ Facilitates in Managing Bangladeshi Visa for foreign teams/ delegates.
∎ Bangladesh Football Federation is seeking a highly skilled in communications individual to join as Officer- Protocol. The desired individual will be responsible to Manage, plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of protocol support for BFF.
∎ As Officer-Protocol the desired candidate must be expert in communications who will work closely with government officials, ambassadors, diplomats, and other high-ranking individuals. If you’re passionate about the job and can think of ways to add creativity to your work, we’d like to meet you.
