• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Preferably B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University. Highly experienced graduate person may also be considered.

• At least 20 years’ experience in any reputed Spinning Mills (at least 50000 spindles).

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Administrative capability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.

• Good knowledge on maintenance and operation of Spinning Mills independently.

• Knowledge on Microsoft office, computer operations.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional with exceptional leadership quality and technical skilled personnel for our Spinning Mills.

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for overall operation, maintenance, quality control, power generation of the factory as well as administration / management effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production;

• To be responsible for the development of procedures to increase productivity, assure quality and resolve the production problems.

• Develop in-house processes with the objective of cost control and enhancing user satisfaction. Also determine areas needing program improvement.

• Provide direction to subordinate managers, offering professional expertise and monitoring performance to ensure that departmental and individual objectives are achieved within scheduled timelines and budgets.

• Be tasked with establishing and maintaining discipline, legally compliant workplace and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.

• Ensure professional development among the officers, staffs, workers by encouraging better performance providing proper leadership and by periodic monitoring.

• Coordinate the activities of all department concern with the production plan to full fill the production target, cost control and quality standard.

• Develop a team of skilled manpower through on job training and by special training program if required.

• Ensure the safety and security of men, machine and materials of the factory to avoid any unwanted incident, understand, implement and enforce the safety/security program.

• Ensure optimum uses of men, machine and materials for cost control and higher production. .

• Coordinate and ensure repair and schedule maintenance works program in the factory for all equipment and generators. Also ensure all scheduled maintenance of factory equipment as a whole.

• Maintain timely communication with admin, purchase and commercial department at headquarters for administrative, raw materials, machinery and spare parts support.

• Develop and look after the factory lands, buildings, assets and other properties by the chain of own supervision.

• Maintain liaison and good relationship with local law & order enforcing agency and authorities for getting support whenever required.

• Develop plan and participate for modification, Production planning, manpower set-up/utilization, power generation, fire & safety etc.

• Develop proper reporting system to the management and head office.

• Any other duties as assigned by the higher authority of the mills.
