Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• A Master’s degree is optional but may be considered as an advantage.

• At least 10 years

• Proven work experience in the garments industry, specializing in woven tops, bottoms, denim, sweaters and knits.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and customer preferences.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the marketing team.

• Must be fluent in written and verbal English.

• Must have comprehensive knowledge in Excel and other MS Office softwares.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers to establish a strong client base.

• Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and contribute to product development strategies.
