Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Human Resource Management) degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Public Relation Companies

Job Context:
∎ This is a leadership role of the company and shall take part in the policy making and strategic HR matters. The main role of this position is to manage employees and ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business strategies and create the best organizational culture.
∎ This role include manpower planning and forecasting, employee grievances and disputes, employee training & development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing talent management procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, diversity & inclusion, change management, structuring benefit packages, managing budgets.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, and HR Administration.
∎ Providing professional coaching, team building, leadership development, and organizational development expertise to new, experienced leaders and teams.
∎ The person shall develop and implement HR policies and practices with a clear objective to foster productivity and build an effective & successful workforce supporting strategic objectives of the company.
∎ Successfully executing global and local HR processes, such as talent management, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and compensation planning.
∎ Developing strong administrative system and breach all gaps to enhance productivity.
∎ Developing KPI & Performance Management System for Assessing Performance; present monthly KPI result to Head of HR.
∎ The person shall analyze, plan, and guide for initiating training programs & calendar for all employees, based on their needs.
∎ Developing SOP for every HR process and operation.
∎ Taking cost control measures in all operational and administrative activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years experience in managerial roles in the relevant fields.
∎ Computer skill.
∎ Leadership skill.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ As per company policy.
