Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (major in HRM) or Master of Management/ Public Administration/ any other related subject with PGD in HRM is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Administrative supports towards all department and maintain close coordination and liaison with each and every department and extend due cooperation towards employees in related area of activities and functions.
∎ Responsible for developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), Policies for Day-to-day administration activities.
∎ To dealing with discipline matters, Monitoring Security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues as per labor law to ensure a congenial working environment.
∎ Maintain active communication with Law enforcing agencies, GOB and other agencies (Department of Environment, Ministry of Works, Local Police Authorities (CMP), City Corporations, karnofully gass, Wasa, PDB, ), offices and institutions and coordinate various administrative issues
∎ To upkeep and update company assets, agreements/deeds copy, etc.
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various types of company events.
∎ Take initiative to save overall administrative cost of Epic properties /Group.
∎ Set Departmental KPI along with individuals and take initiatives to achieve.
∎ To carry out all other reasonable and rational assignments by the authority at times.
∎ Responsible for compliance to regulatory issues and Corporate Affairs of the company
∎ Recruits, interviews, hire, and trains all staff in the organization.
∎ Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
∎ Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
∎ Ensures imparting high quality, interactive, effective trainings for staff.
∎ Proper knowledge in high rise building clearance by Fire Service, Civil Aviation and other govt. authorities.
∎ Practical experience in plan approval by CDA, large/Special project clearance, Land use clearance, Occupancy certificate & plan clearance by different govt. authorities
∎ Knowledge in electrical sub-station installation, licensing board approval and temporary/ permanent (WASA, electricity & gas) utility connection installation, road cutting permission
∎ Practical experience in sale permission and mutation and power of attorney acceptance by different authorities
∎ Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
∎ Plans, leads, and develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
∎ Administers or oversees the administration of human resource activities including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
∎ Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
∎ Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or talent management system.
∎ Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with prevailing employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
∎ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to effect changes in policy, practice, and resources to higher management.
∎ Develops and implements departmental budget.
∎ Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for staff.
∎ The incumbent must have a persuasive quality and ability to maintain good public relations.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge and understanding of land & legal documents, architectural drawings and designs, survey and measurements.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process in time.
∎ Support current and future business needs development the manpower as human capital.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment in all departments.
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 5-10 years of experience with different asset management companies operations as senior position of the company.
∎ At least 12 years of Administration & human resource management experience required of which two years must be as DGM/ AGM.
∎ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
∎ Must be fit to travel to different EPIC work areas around the country.
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values.
∎ Good interpersonal and liaison skills
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ The candidate must have proper knowledge and experience of drafting forms and documents and good practices of filing and documentation and record keeping in a proper manner.
