∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from public University.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering only from Govt. Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Real Estate, Real state Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study of all type of drawings like CDA, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
∎ Supervising of all construction works at site by attending the work place during the job execution to meet the expected quality.
∎ Implementing the work by contractors as per work program and give necessary instructions accordingly.
∎ Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Ensure worker retention by giving training to increase skill and the quality of finished product as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
∎ Checking & Ensuring the safety and security of construction works and worker.
∎ Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up project update and maintain the records in ERP.
∎ Ensuring project merchandizing and branding during construction period.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the HEOM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ At least 10 years' experience for candidates completed Diploma.
∎ Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Need to have sound knowledge in computer literacy.
Salary: Negotiable
