Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Diagnostic Centre

• Working experience with reputed companies related to the field.

• Should have sound knowledge about CDA & RAJUK rules and regulations.

• Capable to carry out own responsibility and ensure the timely completion of work.

• Sound knowledge in modern interior design, drawing and must have interior related materials idea.

• Experience in multi storied building (more than ten storied), factory building, housing project, commercial projects etc will get preference.

Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Skills & Expertise

• Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Vray, D5, Lumion, Premier Pro, After Effects.

• Preparing the Preliminary Layout Plan or Proposal considering the findings of FAR Analysis and as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect.

• Finalizing the external & internal perspective views and animation, getting Approval of the Management & provide it to all concerned Dept`s.

• Preparing all required Architectural Drawings for construction purpose as per Guideline of Dept. Head/Sr. Architect with the help of Sub Asst. Architects/ CAD Operators.

• Thoroughly checking all Drawings prepared by Sub Asst. Architects/ CAD Engineer to minimize errors and information lacking.

• Supervising Drawings for Approval Authorities like CDA, City Corporation, WASA, PDB etc.

• During Construction, visiting the sites at different phases as per instruction of Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect.

• Visiting Different Showrooms for Gathering updated information regarding materials, fittings, furniture etc.

• Helping the Management/ Dept. Head to select Tiles, light, fixture and furniture for running project.

• To ensure deadlines are met on time, on budget and on target of the project.

• Reviewing of existing Design consulting with the Dept. Head/ Sr. Architect, which may be required to:

• Meet the site condition.

• Meet the customers` modification requirements.

• Accommodate changes for betterment of the project.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
