∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.

∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
∎ Strong leadership experience in managing multiple departments or large-scale projects.
∎ Working knowledge of real estate regulations, project costing, and tendering processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee core departments: Engineering, Business Development and Marketing.
∎ Supervise ongoing construction and real estate projects; ensure timely and quality delivery.
∎ Maintain and grow client relationships; manage escalated concerns with professionalism.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership on business expansion, contract bidding, and partnership development.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational discipline and team accountability.
∎ Introduce system improvements and assist with budgeting, planning, and risk management.
