Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for recruiting A-grade operators for Jordan project based on SOP for recruitments stipulated for Jordan including the skill/operation requirement per their bulletin.
∎ Timely selection of the operators based on ramp-up.
∎ Coordinate between Bangladesh, JD Epic, teams and the government authorities such as BOESL to help to fulfill ramp-up.
∎ Recruitment process of A-grade operators in Bangladesh.
∎ Recruit only A-grade operators for our facilities to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
∎ Map out the process of recruitment based on the SOP for A operators
∎ Ensure the correct implementation of SOP and process Map in consumption with th HR and IE teams.
∎ Audit the teams to maintain the standards required for the recruitment process and coordinate with the central HR team for any non-compliance.
∎ Ensure training of operators and QC training.
∎ Proper functioning training centers in each of our facilities.
∎ Proper trainers or high-grade samples make with good personalities.
∎ Audit the training school intermittently to ensure performance.
∎ Videos and repository of training materials.
∎ Work with the GDS team and Jordan process excellent team to maintain an up-to-date understanding of bulletins, SMV and skill requirements.
∎ Ensure a full video library and repository of training material.
∎ Ensure continued education through playing of videos in canteens and training school TV.
∎ Support HR in all training of said staff on SOPS.
∎ Monitor and auditing the follow-through of the SOP on the floor.
