∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day factory operations e.g. production process, maintenance of plant equipment, etc.
∎ Coordinate plant activities through detailed planning to ensure plant objectives are accomplished promptly and cost-effectively.
∎ Establishes and monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
∎ Reduce PVOH cost & maintain SOP for all plant
∎ To ensure proper installation of all Equipment & Machines
∎ To confirm optimum production of factories & utilization of manpower
∎ To monitor overall factory administrative issues, dispatch & logistics issues
∎ Establishing a safety culture amongst plant employees by continuous engagement.
∎ Maintain & develop subordinates by proper training about plant management, operational SOP, 5s, TQM, etc.
∎ To ensure the report to top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Skills, leadership, Safety skills & language proficiency. Strong technical background and experience in understanding manufacturing processes.
