∎ Masters/ MBA preferably in Marketing from reputed Private/Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading overall marketing and communication function
∎ Set strategic plan and implement tactical action to achieve organization objective.
∎ Supporting Sales Team on achieving their targets through demand generation.
∎ Managing Customer Activation Events.
∎ Close Follow Up and Monitoring of each activity and marketing actions.
∎ Generate massive leads through effective marketing communications design and execution.
∎ Collaborating with other functions across the organization to get the job done.
∎ Set Digital marketing strategy and action for the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Real Estate/Development, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Apartment based real estate
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in apartment marketing
∎ Expertise on marketing communication and marketing automation.
∎ Exposure in Digital Marketing Environment
∎ High Analytical Ability with Creative Mindset
∎ Can Do' Attitude and capability to work independently
Salary: Negotiable
