Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Spearhead the Sales & Distribution Management of Consumer Electronics & device business.
∎ Managing business & Planning through distribution & modern retail channels.
∎ To Oversee the Sell-Out Performance of the Sub Dealer Market and monitor their progress in Counter Share and Display Share.
∎ To ensure proper Model Mix drive and Forecast Mechanism; steering Demand Planning at the product category level to sensitize the achievement of Weekly Return-to-Forecasting.
∎ Monitoring the Market Share Trend, framing sales strategy for business growth, and target achievements through the business plans.
∎ To monitor Channel Management and Innovation of the Electronics business.
∎ To observe Investment Trends, Trade Stock & Forward WOS, Sell In / Sell Thru Product Sub Category Level Contribution Analysis.
∎ To ensure a healthy ROI of Channel Partners for better business drives, augmenting the Premium Product Sales Mix. Driving Head Office Projects and Business Innovations.
∎ To Drive Channel Affordability Programs through New Dealer enrolment, Created Dealer awareness on Consumer Finance Program Construct during Dealer Visits and nurtured them over the best offerings.
