Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ ACA (Article-ship from Rahman Rahman Huq, Hoda Vasi Chowdhury, A.Qasem, ACNABIN will be preferred.) with MBA/ M.Com on Accounting or Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The summary of the responsibilities includes but not limited to as follows:
∎ Coordinate and monitor day to day accounting and financing works of each project
∎ Handle daily operational matters in an accurate and timely manner
∎ Ensure that all the financial transactions are properly account for
∎ Sign on the cheque and authorize vouchers as per Rule of the Company
∎ Make sure the preparation & payment of Salary, Office Rent and Other expenses
∎ Payment of Commission & Allowances of Development Officers
∎ Issue Fund Transfer Letter to the banks for transferring fund to the mother account
∎ Make sure the deposit of deducted IT and Vat to the Treasury
∎ Provide various statement/reports as per requirement of the Management
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation of each project
∎ Ensure premium amount/cash are deposited into the Companies designated bank account properly
∎ Make sure that day to day accounting functions are comply with relevant laws and policies issued by the Company from time to time.
∎ Ensure external audit, provide necessary documents to auditor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on English & Computer (Specially on Excel, ERP)
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with team/management.
∎ Depth knowledge of Financial Reporting, Bangladesh Accounting Standards, Auditing Standers, Income Tax & VAT Laws, Companies Act etc.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
Salary: Negotiable
