Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The company is a Japan-based knit composite garment manufacturer. Specialized in fashionable knit tops & bottoms item. The agent has running operations globally.
∎ Prepare Knitting & Dyeing production plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet the garment shipment deadline.
∎ Obtain fabric orders from Garments and calculate fabric consumption.
∎ Calculate the fabric order per colour for the garments.
∎ Calculate yarn consumption & prepare a purchase order.
∎ Prepare the yarn schedule weekly and monthly & follow up the yarn ETA.
∎ Follow up cutting losses to ensure fabric requirements.
∎ From time to time, communicate with the Garments team to match budget & actual.
∎ Analyze production records and report to the immediate superior.
∎ Follow & implement all planning instructions from top management.
∎ Must prepare a production report (fabric) before and after delivery.
∎ Active communication with superiors regarding effective production.
∎ Design worksheets, table formats, charts, and other official documents.
∎ Apply statistical techniques and methods in the processing and analysis of data.
∎ Other related jobs assigned by the superior.
