Depot Officer, Store Assistant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly and achieve 100% Inventory and batch accuracy for all products.
∎ 2. Stock maintains physical & documentary following as FIFO.
∎ 3. Ensure total security of the depot including stock, cash, and assets.
∎ 4. Prepare delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
∎ 5. Arranging delivery in terms of authorized invoices and collection of orders in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
∎ 6. Input orders into ERP systems and generate sales orders.
∎ 7. Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly.
∎ 8. Providing accurate costing to the customer.
∎ 9. Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
∎ 10. Carry out any other assignment given from time to time by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ø Strong leadership skills.
∎ Ø Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to react to changing demands in a professional manner.
∎ Ø Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience both internal and external in line.
∎ Ø Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style.
∎ Ø Experience working in a fast-paced operational structure is desirable.
