• At least 6 years of experience in depot or warehouse management within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong planning, organizational and stock flow management skills.

• Excellent skill set of leadership, team management and communication.

• Proficiency in distribution management software and tools

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage depot operations in line with SOPs and company policy to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure on-time delivery of medicines and promotional materials as per preplanned schedules.
• Accurately maintain SAP (SD module) entries and ensure proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Oversee logistics management to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Manage cold-chain operations efficiently to maintain product quality.
• Maintain physical inventory with 100% accuracy, following FIFO principles.
• Monitor and achieve 100% COD and credit collection within the approved period.
• Ensure proper store management in compliance with GDP guidelines.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for team members as required.
• Implement cost-effective management within approved budgets.
• Take proactive initiatives to minimize sales returns.
• Conduct periodic market visits to review and improve route plans, customer support, and service levels.
• Ensure proper replacement of expired products as per company policy.
• Prepare and submit accurate depot performance reports to the Distribution Head Office within deadlines.
• Maintain sharp, effective communication-both upward (reporting) and downward (team).
