∎ Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery) is responsible for assisting the senior chef in the daily operation and production of baked goods and pastries. This role involves preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality bakery products that align with the wellness concept of the bakery, ensuring that all items meet the established standards of flavor, texture, and appearance.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, puff, croissant and cookies.
∎ Follow recipes and specifications provided by the senior chef, ensuring consistency and quality in all products.
∎ Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet wellness standards and customer expectations.
∎ Conduct regular checks on bakery items to ensure freshness, taste, and appearance are maintained.
∎ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
∎ Assist in managing inventory levels for baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for production.
∎ Participate in the ordering and receiving of bakery supplies, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
∎ Minimize waste by monitoring ingredient usage and implementing efficient baking practices.
