• Oversee the entire delivery process: Manage the movement of steel products from the point of origin to the customer, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. 

• Manage logistics and supply chain: Optimize transportation routes, select appropriate shipping methods, and manage inventory to minimize delays and ensure efficient product flow. 

• Coordinate with various teams: Collaborate with production, sales, customer service, and external vendors (transportation companies, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery. 

• Ensure quality and safety standards: Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the delivery process, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. 

• Manage budgets and resources: Control delivery costs, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. 

• Lead and motivate teams: Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to delivery personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. 

• Monitor and analyze performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery times, costs, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement. 

• Communicate effectively: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery progress, potential issues, and solutions. 

• Implement continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
