Bangla and english typing Skills, Deed of agreement, Good at Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Land Titles, Land Purchasing, Land Deeds, Land Registration, Land Mortgage and All kinds of Mutation.
∎ To Collect & verify of land related documents from A/C (Land) office, Sub-registry office, L.A Section, DLR office, Settlement office & A.D.C (Revenue) Office.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ Documentation of all types of land & legal documents.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate and estate related issues.
∎ Checking the documents of the prospective proposed purchasing land.
∎ Drafting Various types of Agreement.
∎ Supervising ongoing cases at various courts
∎ Legal opinion regarding land and others legal issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have proper knowledge on land law
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Land survey, Land Registration and all Legal issues.
∎ Strong people management skills
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Fast Acting for Problem Solving.
