• Understanding of MongoDB database design and management

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server development and administration

• Familiarity with Redis for caching and session management

• Basic understanding of database security principles

• SQL query writing and optimization skills

• Knowledge of database monitoring tools and techniques

Database Development & Optimization:

• Design, develop, and maintain database structures across MongoDB, MS SQL Server, and Redis

• Write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and functions

• Create and manage indexes, views, and database scripts

• Implement database partitioning, sharding, and replication strategies

Performance Monitoring & Tuning:

• Monitor database performance and identify bottlenecks

• Optimize query performance and execution plans

• Conduct regular database health checks and maintenance

• Implement caching strategies using Redis for improved application performance

Data Management & Integrity:

• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all database systems

• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies

• Perform database migrations and data transfers between systems

• Maintain data consistency across distributed database environments

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with development teams on database design and implementation

• Provide database support for application development and troubleshooting

• Participate in code reviews with focus on database-related code

• Assist in database-related incident resolution and root cause analysis

Documentation & Best Practices:

• Maintain comprehensive database documentation

• Develop and enforce database standards and best practices

• Create technical specifications and design documents

• Document database schemas, relationships, and data flow diagrams
