Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
∎ Analyze and dive deep into generated data to identify trends, find out problems and make actionable recommendations
∎ Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
∎ Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
∎ Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Ready to work flexible hours
∎ Humble, honest, passionate, and proactive.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential driver partners
∎ Advanced data related skill (Specifically in Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
∎ Ability to make decisions
∎ Good social media Knowledge (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp).
∎ Good Communication Skills in both Bengali and English.
