Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data management.
∎ Maintenance data quality
∎ Report generation
∎ Periodic reporting, case presentation, and onsite data validation
∎ Maintaining relevant documents.
∎ Ensure logistics management and support in reference to activities related to this particular project
∎ Extract and analyze results and recommend changes to conventions for data management.
∎ Input/recommend appropriate codes for the classification of data for assigned projects.
∎ Oversee the extraction and compilation of data required for reports and disseminate data to the management
∎ Propose recommendations for procedure modifications and development in the area of data management, quality, control, and assurance.
∎ Participate in site visits to assess data quality assurance.
∎ Maintain the security of all data files.
∎ Conduct routine verification of data entered into the database.
∎ Identify discrepancies and errors on data reports or other forms and present to the manager for resolution.
∎ Validate data by checking for missing, illegible, or invalid information.
∎ Attend and participate in group meetings.
∎ Any work assigned as per advice by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least two-year working experience in an M&E system
∎ Familiar with MEAL framework
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs
