Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for:
Dispense Prescriptions.
Organize and manage the medicine store including date of expiry of medicine.
Communicate With Prescribers.
Ensure Patients` Safety.
Ensure patient’s understanding medical prescriptions.
Work With Patients on General Health.
Educate Health Provider Colleagues.
Stock Management.
Maintain diligently all records including Stock Register & Challans.
Activities:
Quality of medicines provided to patients.
Ensuring that the provider of medicines is within the law.
Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients` questions.
Ensure stock management and proper record keeping.
Ensure medicine shelf life.
