Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Engineering
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent or above combination of education and experience.
∎ 2. Good typing skills
∎ 3. Familiarity with online application systems and portals.
∎ 4. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
∎ 5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
∎ 6. Efficient problem-solving skills, especially concerning data discrepancies.
∎ 7. Knowledge of the Chinese higher education application process will be advantageous.
∎ Skills Required: Data Discrepancies, Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Familiarity with online application system, Good typing skill, Multitasking
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Data Entry Operator (English), Expertise in MS Office, Problem solving and decision making

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. System Entries: Accurately input student data and application details into the MalishaEdu System, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent.
∎ 2. University Portal Applications: Utilize each specific university's portal to submit student applications. Ensure that every detail is entered correctly and according to each university's unique requirements.
∎ 3. Data Verification: Regularly review and verify the information entered into university portals. Before submitting an application, cross-check all data against our internal records to ensure accuracy. Rectify any discrepancies immediately and ensure a 100% accuracy rate upon submission.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 16 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
