Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
∎ Transfers information from paper formats into computer file.
∎ Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source document.
∎ Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
∎ Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printer.
∎ Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
∎ Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
∎ Type in data quickly and efficiently.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
