Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer and Partner Database enrichment:
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
∎ Filter and validate data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators
∎ Create and enrich various database related to customer, merchants, partners etc.
∎ Use IPDC’s existing system generated data and reports to get the necessary information
∎ Analysis & Reporting:
∎ Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
∎ Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
∎ Interpret data, evaluate results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
∎ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
∎ Create various reports to assist the management with the decision making
∎ Innovation:
∎ Use new technology to collect, store, and organize data in the most efficient way
∎ Develop process, system and database to better collect and present the data to the relevant parties
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with other teams or people to solve the MIS related problems
