Business Analysis, Data analysis and presentation, Data Science, MIS Reporting, Sales Management and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Telecommunication, Market Research Firms, E-commerce, Financial Consultants
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data and prepare reports based on department requirements;
∎ Providing actionable insights to guide the sales team and management as well and monitoring and evaluating sales performance;
∎ Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and incorporate it into strategic decision-making;
∎ Plan and coordinate the development of existing and new product research studies in support of strategic planning and specific sales & marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to the Management;
∎ Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analysis of process optimization and follow ups using operational metrics and reports;
∎ Suggest changes to Senior Management using data to support relevant recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes;
∎ Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement;
∎ Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate and provide feedback at ongoing or one-time operational issues;
∎ Documenting and communicating the results of given efforts and updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Competency to work on business strategy as well as data analysis;
∎ Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
∎ Advanced skills in MS Excel and other relevant tools for business analysis;
∎ Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
∎ Experience in leading and developing top performing teams;
∎ A track record of following through on commitments;
∎ Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams;
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
