Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
∎ Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure performance
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to optimize sales performance
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and market trends
∎ Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
∎ Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
∎ Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales trends
∎ Provide regular updates to the sales and marketing team on sales performance, trends, and opportunities
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Maintain and update the sales database to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in sales data analysis and reporting
∎ Familiarity with data modeling software - Excel, Spreadsheets, Power BI, Data Studio etc.
∎ Knowledge in financial modeling, variance analysis, sales forecasting
