Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ To monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in Cutting Department to be ready for daily operation & to reduce additional cost.
∎ To ensure the plan for daily cutting, based on line plan & availability of the fabric and make sure of input & confirm continuous flow in the line.
∎ To develop technical skills and improve the methods of cutting for minimizing the material wastage.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption.
∎ Marker Planning, Calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabrics.
∎ Monthly team wise production and efficiency report.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
∎ Monitoring Embroidery & Printing Department for quick supply within short time.
∎ Meeting with production manager and discussion about cut plan, Cutting quality and fusing quality control.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ To prepare & submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office and ERP.
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (Lectra Software).
∎ Capable of making cutting plan according to shipment plan and also sewing line plan.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Must have knowledge on marker & consumption.
