Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabric Analysis: Analyze fabric rolls to determine the most efficient cutting plans while minimizing wastage.
∎ Pattern Review: Review garment patterns and layouts to ensure accuracy and minimize fabric consumption.
∎ Supervision: Lead and manage a team of cutting operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure accurate cutting and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of cutting equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and safe operation.
∎ Quality Control: Inspect cut fabric pieces for defects and irregularities to maintain quality standards and minimize material waste.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the relevant department.
∎ Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance cutting efficiency and reduce production lead times.
∎ Safety Compliance: Ensure that all cutting activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on cutting activities, fabric utilization, and department performance to senior management.
