• Age 20 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of cutting machinery and fabric cutting optimization.

• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for pattern making and cutting planning.

• Expertise in cutting room operations, fabric consumption, and wastage reduction.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the cutting department to ensure timely and efficient fabric cutting.

• Develop and implement effective cutting strategies and processes to maximize fabric utilization and reduce waste.

• Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.

• Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per consumption.

• Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.

• Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.

• Supervise cutting staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Monitor the progress of cutting operations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the process.

• Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.

• Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
