Job Context:
∎ Garments cutting section plays a vital role in garments because right measured cutting is required to get the right shape of garments product.Cutting is the first working department of garments production. Cutting Manager play a vital role play for proper measurement must be ensured so that all cutting parts are 100% accurate.
∎ Job Location: Bhabanipur,Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric
∎ Maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption
∎ Fabric reconciliation for cutting department
∎ Determining production fabric average
∎ Meeting with production manager and discussion about cut plan
∎ Need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Shade & Shrinkage Wise Fabric Stack & relax 24hour b/4 cutting
∎ Shrinkage group Wise Pattern Collect from technical department.
∎ Style Wise Cutting Quality monitoring.
∎ Lay, Cutting Report & Shading Chart Register Check.
∎ Spreading & Lay Chart Control.
∎ Marker check with pattern grain line & ratio.
∎ Cut Panel Check & Report with Roll Number.
∎ Hand gloves are using at cutting
∎ Panel Replacement & Record.
∎ End Cut Pisces with Report.
∎ Part Inspection 3pcs from top & bottom.
∎ To ensure Cutting Quality Inspection after number & bundle.
∎ To monitor Cutting Parts Input Rack Identification Check list.
∎ Fusing attach & bond strength test report as par data sheet.
∎ Ensure all hard patterns check & keep record.
∎ Always need good housekeeping the all corner of cutting floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): production management (Cutting)
∎ Job Experienced about BRB, Lecra, Auto spreader etc. Cutting machine.
