∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Understand about technical sheet & artwork during cutting for Formalwear (item - Blazer, Waist Coat, Trouser)
∎ 02. To ensure all the fabrics and necessary details received to start for new style.
∎ 03. To maintain 100% accurate cut plan according to the shared plan with the merchandiser.
∎ 04. Ensure correct style, color & shading.
∎ 05. Minimize the waste of fabric by avoiding cutting defect & get the maximum output.
∎ 06. Maintain at least three days WIP in cutting.
∎ 07. Review monthly shipment schedule & cutting plan for item- Blazer, Waist coat, Trouser.
∎ 08. Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration
∎ 09. Follow up Hourly production report.
∎ 10. Follow up in-line Quality related report.
∎ 11. Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ 12. Follow up department wise goal & achievement.
∎ 13. Develop & improve cutting techniques continuously.
∎ 14. Coordination with planning, merchandising & production team.
∎ 15. Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Work in reputed Suits factory is must.
∎ Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point.
