∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Production Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Problem solving and analytical skill, Production, Team building and leading

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cutting Production, Cutting Section
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the SOP of cutting strictly.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Maintain 100% Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Follow up the cutting PCD & plan accordingly.
∎ Follow up all the process of fabrics to avoid cutting fault.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and Others items from the Store as per consumption.
∎ Responsible to improve cutting productivity.
∎ Responsible for the cut to ship, order to ship as per target.
∎ Responsible to avoid downtime by dynamic team management.
∎ Line input shall be given as per Order - Plan - Cut.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ To monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in Cutting Department to be ready for daily operation & to reduce additional cost.
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Quality segregation.
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics.
∎ Lay inspection - Marking and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan if Cross then take approval from Superior.
∎ Bundling the cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising & sewing team for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Cutting Production, Cutting Section, Garments Cutting, Pattern Cutting, Consumption.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Garments.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office and ERP.
∎ Capable of making cutting plan according to shipment plan and also sewing line plan.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills.
