Job Context:
∎ We are seeking skilled personnel for overall management of Cutting Section at our expanded Garments units at Chattogram EPZ.
∎ Candidates should have in depth knowledge and vast experience in overall cutting operation of Woven Garment
∎ Position can be upper based on skill, experience and expertise
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the Plan of Cutting Department as per Plan of Production Department.
∎ Maintain the 'SOP of Cutting' strictly.
∎ Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
∎ Follow date wise “Cutting- complete- shipment” process.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department
∎ Follow up proper utilization of cutting man power.
∎ Motivate cutting manpower for better output.
∎ Receive the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
∎ Differentiate the fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving
∎ Ensure the Relaxation as per type of Fabrics
∎ Follow up the cutting Report of all floors.
∎ Fabrics Consumption shall be within the Plan, if exceeds then take approval from Superior
∎ Follow up the reject of line, Numbering problem.
∎ Follow up maintaining cutting register in the register book
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 to 10 years experience in relevant field
∎ Ability to work hard and under pressure.
∎ Good communication & leadership skill
∎ Early bird may called for early interview
