Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to client queries from social media, calls, and online platforms
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients
Maintain records of leads and client communications
Manage and maintain company social media pages
Create and publish engaging content regularly
Support basic SEO activities (keyword research, content optimization)
Assist in running and monitoring paid ad campaigns
Track performance and prepare simple reports
