We’re expanding our team and looking for a Customer Support & Project Coordinator who will be the main point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth communication, quick issue resolution, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails to understand their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to make sure all project tasks are on track.
  • Track deadlines and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
  • Prepare client updates, reports, and assist in daily task coordination.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
