Responsibilities & Context:

Key responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers via email, phone & web chat channels

• Answer inquiries, resolve issues & provide guidance to customers

• Review documents & certificates as part of onboarding process

• Using customized CRM platforms for inbound & outbound inquiries

• Attend daily, weekly & monthly team meetings with supervisor & client

Working schedule:

Night shift (BD time 7PM – 3AM)

6 days/ week working on a team roster for weekend

Experience and skills:

✅ Minimum one year prior work experience in customer support services with international clients (prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage)

✅ Excellent written & spoken English language

✅ Hardworking, tech-savvy, team-player, quick learner, positive attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
