Responsibilities & Context:

Location: 18th floor, MG SAM Center, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working days & time:

• UK business hours (BD time: 3 PM -11:30 PM)

• 5 Days/ Week (weekend Saturday & Sunday)

Job responsibilities:

• Using cloud Accounting software (Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)

• Bookkeeping & processing general ledger transactions

• Bank file uploads & weekly reconciliation

• Invoice posting & supplier account reconciliations

• Accounts receivable review & customer accounts analysis

• ⁠Month-end review of trial balance, accruals and prepayments journal entries

• ⁠Management reporting

• ⁠Generate & analyze financial reports and custom data dump

• Regular & ad hoc client meetings
