Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Accounting & Finance Associate
Location: 18th floor, MG SAM Center, Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Working days & time:
UK business hours (BD time: 3 PM -11:30 PM)
5 Days/ Week (weekend Saturday & Sunday)
Job responsibilities:
Using cloud Accounting software (Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
Bookkeeping & processing general ledger transactions
Bank file uploads & weekly reconciliation
Invoice posting & supplier account reconciliations
Accounts receivable review & customer accounts analysis
Month-end review of trial balance, accruals and prepayments journal entries
Management reporting
Generate & analyze financial reports and custom data dump
Regular & ad hoc client meetings
