- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of software and IT solutions (ERP, POS, Mobile Apps, etc.) will be a plus.
- Ability to explain software in simple terms to clients (training ability).
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Interns who are passionate about learning and growing in the IT industry. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers or final-year students to gain hands-on experience in customer communication, software delivery, training, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through technical or usage issues.
- Assist in delivering software solutions to clients and ensuring smooth installation/activation.
- Train clients on how to use ERP, POS, HR, and other software solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer concerns.
- Document and track customer issues for follow-up.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
