Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and IT services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions (ERP, POS, HR, Mobile Apps etc.).
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
