Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as day-to-day contact with inter-departments (Sales and Admission), building trust and rapport while identifying critical issues, highlighting best practices, and editing the documents (if required).
∎ Review the applications, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help counsellors/students overcome issues and achieve their goals.
∎ Facilitate interaction and workflow among team members, including universities providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
∎ Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members.
∎ Data analysis and analytical ability to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Work closely with sales and Admission teams and constant communication over the phone or email to help with the faster conversion.

∎ Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our customer success team(Admission Department). In this role, you will be responsible provide comprehensive information and support to admission team and put a positive impact to the team.
