Responsibilities & Context:

AKIJ iBOS Limited is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Customer Success Intern.

Office Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sun-Thu)

Job Type: Internship (with potential for full-time conversion).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone channels.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through product features.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.
