Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for the quality of customer service for the Bengali speaking region on chat App, promptly correcting any errors through quality assurance methods, and evaluating customer service performance.
- Skilled at identifying issues within the customer service team and providing timely feedback to team leader for optimization and improvement.
- Regularly provide quality inspection data analysis and develop customer service improvement plans based on the analysis results.
- Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.
