Key Responsibilities

Communication & Client Management

  • Handle incoming phone calls from UK clients in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to client emails promptly and efficiently (within 2-4 hours during business hours)

  • Manage client inquiries about our certification services, pricing, and booking processes

  • Provide clear explanations of different certificate types (Fire Risk Assessment, EICR, Gas Safety, EPC, etc.)

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property managers, and commercial clients

Booking & Scheduling

  • Process and confirm service bookings through our online portal

  • Coordinate appointment schedules with engineers and clients

  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications

  • Handle booking modifications and rescheduling requests efficiently

Problem Resolution

  • Address client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy

  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

  • Follow up on service quality and client satisfaction

  • Resolve billing queries and payment-related issues

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native or near-native English proficiency

  • UK Client Experience: Understanding of UK business culture and professional communication standards

  • Phone Etiquette: Confident and clear telephone manner with strong listening skills

  • Email Proficiency: Ability to write professional, grammatically correct, and courteous emails

  • Availability: Flexible working hours including availability for emergency situations and occasional weekend/evening support

  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and ability to resolve client issues independently

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Gmail, and comfortable learning new software systems
