Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.

  • Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

  • Owns individual project engagements from problem identification to project execution

  • Leverages technical expertise and knowledge of the business to influence leadership

  • Seen as a seasoned Lean Six Sigma professional and adviser to key stakeholders

  • Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development using problem solving principles and past experience

  • Develops simple and easy to understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas

  • Resolves problems quickly and effectively using creativity and innovation

  • Coordinate efforts with those of the marketing partners of the company

  • Innovation & improvement of service processes and customer

  • Manage service budgets & calculate the ROI (Return of Investment) of the team’s actions

  • Service process automation, CRM, and lead nurturing, Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies

  • Prepares reports on the various procedures that have been tried in order to eliminate methods that are unsuccessful

  • Any other task assigned by department
