Prepare sales plans and set monthly/weekly sales targets.
Ensure target-based sales performance.
Provide regular training and guidance to sales agents.
Monitor team performance and motivate team members.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data to improve sales growth and conversion rate.
