Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Open customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ Maintain customer records by updating account information.
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0 to 3 year(s) experience in Garments Accessories area.
∎ Having experience Customer Service in garments accessories will get priority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
∎ Garments Accessories
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in MS Excel and E-communication.
