Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer – Livestock is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agents while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves providing technical support in livestock farming, driving sales growth, promoting products, monitoring farm performance, and delivering insights to management. It also includes offering ongoing support and after-sales service to solve farming issues and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agents, and sub-agents while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Train and educate farmers on effective cattle farming practices, including biosecurity and disease management.
Support sales growth by assisting existing customers and expanding business opportunities.
Develop the market by attracting competitors’ customers and identifying new growth areas and agents.
Monitor farm performance and sales data and report insights to management.
Promote and brand products while distributing promotional materials to customers.
Provide technical support to solve farming challenges and improve feed efficiency.
Offer continuous and after-sales support to meet customer needs and strengthen long-term relationships.
